By accessing or using ResumeAIWin at resumeaiwin.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free-tier users and paid subscribers.
ResumeAIWin provides AI-powered resume building, ATS compatibility checking, and cover letter generation tools. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyse job descriptions and optimise resume content accordingly. Results are provided as suggestions; final decisions about resume content remain with the user.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using ResumeAIWin, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Free-tier access does not require an account. Paid features require account registration with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@resumeaiwin.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
The ResumeAIWin platform, including its design, code, and AI systems, is owned by ResumeAIWin Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the resume content you input. You own the AI-generated output produced from your input. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly. All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again but will retain access until the period ends. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscribers who have not generated more than 5 resumes on the paid plan. To request a refund, email support@resumeaiwin.com within 7 days of your first charge.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) AI-generated resume content will guarantee employment; (c) ATS scores will match any specific employer's actual ATS results. The 90%+ ATS score guarantee refers to our internal benchmark testing against publicly documented ATS scoring criteria — individual employer ATS configurations may vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResumeAIWin Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of employment opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ResumeAIWin Ltd is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email with at least 14 days notice.
